Deposit steps
- 1Open the cashier
Sign in and tap your account balance or “Add Money”.
- 2Select a payment method
Compare the minimum, maximum and processing information shown.
- 3Enter the amount
Check whether a bonus is selected before confirming the transaction.
- 4Complete provider approval
Follow the UPI, wallet, card or crypto instructions without closing the payment page early.
- 5Save the reference
Keep the UTR, transaction ID or blockchain hash until the balance appears.
If a deposit is missing
UPI or wallet was debited+
Wait for the payment window stated in the cashier. The operator says Paytm, PhonePe and Google Pay deposits can take up to 2 hours, although many arrive faster.
Payment was declined+
Check the limit, account balance and payment approval. Do not repeatedly retry the same transaction; use another displayed method or ask support first.
Crypto has not appeared+
Confirm the currency, network, destination address, amount and required blockchain confirmations. Sending on the wrong network may not be recoverable.
Bonus was not credited+
Check whether you opted in before depositing and whether the method qualifies. Keep the transaction reference and contact operator support.
